This week highs 70’s and 60’s during day, low 40’s to 50’s overnight, periods of light rain over the past weekend and occasional overnight light rain throughout the week. Occasional showers forecast for the second half of next week with highs in the 80’s.

Work has been in progress from October 2007, under permits issued for house construction only.

INFRASTRUCTURE:
Site infrastructure including the storm water infiltration system has received a verbal agreement with DELCORA and the City Engineer, formal approval to follow.

Submissions have been made to the Chester Water Authority (CWA) for a new water main in Union Street.

Submissions for PECO gas and underground electric service have been made.

Submissions for Verizon Fios underground service have been made, all houses will be provided with a Fios panel from which the homeowner can contract with Verizon to provide; fiber-optic telephone, internet and television service.

The project schedule to completion is dependent upon a schedule to be developed with the underground utility providers; however the Union Square Homes (USH) anticipates a sample home completed by mid-July.

PAYMENT VOUCHER:
The payment voucher prepared by WDC was reviewed and approved. Two vouchers were prepared one for the work excluding site infrastructure items, and one for site infrastructure only. The infrastructure only voucher was prepared for information only and will not be submitted for review and approval until a formal approval has been issued for the infrastructure portion of the work.

MEETING SCHEDULE:
Voucher meetings will be held each month on a Wednesday at 1:00 PM, a meeting schedule is to be issued.
