-WDC projects; curbing next week, street sewer and lateral connect this month.
-City Engineer requested notification for on site review when subgrade established at crest of Union Street.
4th Street-Sidewalk and seeding installed
Jeffery Street-Seeded except at Union corner.

Trees-WDC to discuss with landscape subcontractor availability of proposed trees, City Engineer, Ambric, CEDA and Street tree commission to review, planting will be in the Fall. Proximity to underground and overhead utilities and impact of root system on paving is off concern with City Engineer.
Mail Boxes-USPS requested development gang box or individual box at curb line. City Engineer does not object to but does have reservation on mail box at curb line next to driveways.
Fence-Fire Department has concern over emergency egress for homeowners, post and rail may be an option; rail slides over and drops out. WDC to review with Chester L&I and Fire Department. WDC to discuss with Chester City Planning and L&I before installation.
HOUSES Homeowner manual-WDC to prepare homeowner manual including maintenance item guidance.
Lot 1 through 7-WDC punch list in progress
-Carpet installed lots 7, 6 & 5, homeowner settlement on 7 & 5 next week.
Lot 8 through 13-Porch end gable siding installed without 15# bit felt or house wrap base, and no end gable trim board. Trim at gable showing water damage and fastener stains.
Bathroom exhaust fan vent installed in attic space without supports, vent sagging to dip over rear right bedroom closet providing an opportunity for warm moist air from bathroom condensing in vent through cold attic and pooling at low point. WDC to provide hanger straps to provide slope without dip and confirm correct support condition in all 26 units.
Lot 14 through 19-Porch end gable siding installed without 15# bit felt or house wrap base, and no end gable trim board. Trim at gable showing water damage and fastener stains.
Lot 20 through 26-Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 25 26 homeowner moved in.
-Carpet installed lot 24, homeowner settlement next week.
