CWA water main in progress Jeffery to Yarnall, approx 50ft to install between lot 12 , lot 18 to Yarnall. Potential delay reported by WDC due to conflicting requirements between CWA and City Engineer for timing of placement of sub-paving filterfabric.

Union Street

-During excavation for Union Street sewer an undocumented vitreous sewer close to Jeffery curb line was damaged, with direction from City Engineer and Delcora;

-Tyson installed new sanitary sewer manhole at Jeffery and Union curbside to serve existing vitreous sewer from house outside the project on west side of Jeffery. Tyson to proceed with proposed manhole in Jeffery Street center and connect from manhole at Jeffery curb, and to previously installed manhole at Jeffery and 3rd.

-City Engineer requested the work to proceed as expeditiously as possible as an open sewer condition will exist with the vitreous sewer dumping into the new Jeffery/curb manhole, pumped by Delcora until final connection to Jeffery and 3rd is complete.

-Vitreous sewer down stream of manhole to be abandoned.

-Tyson completed installation of Union Street sewer to new manhole, Delcora pressure tested and City Engineer agreed to Tyson proceeding with house lateral connections.

-Slip form curb installed Union northside.
-Union Street curb inlets at Jeffery connected to new storm sewer adjacent to Jeffery sidewalk
-Union Street curb inlets at Yarnall connect northside to southside and southside to Yarnall curb inlet. Yarnall curb inlets not yet connected to storm sewer in Yarnall.


Trees
-WDC to discuss with landscape subcontractor availability of proposed trees, City Engineer, Ambric, CEDA and Street tree commission to review, planting will be in the Fall. Proximity to underground and overhead utilities and impact of root system on paving is off concern with City Engineer.

Mail Boxes
-Not yet resolved; USPS requested development gang box or individual box at curb line. City Engineer does not object to but does have reservation on mail box at curb line next to driveways.

Fence
-Union Square Homes reports no rear yard fence at request of Fire Department, documentation to be prepared by Ambric.

Homeowner manual
-WDC to prepare homeowner manual including maintenance item guidance.
