Sidewalk and driveway installed
Site utilities complete and energized, with exception of Verizon Vios final run to service connection at Union and Jeffery.
Trench for infrasource and Verizon conduit Union Street north side and Yarnall Street in progress.
Front yard sod in progress.

Union Street
House sanitary sewer laterals to proposed Union Street sewer main location installed.
Ambric/DELCORA/City Engineer in review of proposal to relocate proposed sewer location to avoid conflict with PECO conduit at Union and Jeffery.
Trenching for PECO gas and electric conduit, Verizon conduit and Comcast conduit in progress, including sections of conduit.

4th and Union Infiltration Basin
Infiltration Basin installed including; house storm sewer laterals and 15" concrete storm sewer to 3rd and Union infiltration basin manhole.

Yarnall Street
Curbing removed, roadway sawcut for new curb installation

Trees
WDC to provide CEDA with tree selection from previously presented list, and schedule for planting including locations.

Homeowner manual
WDC to prepare homeowner manual including maintenance item guidance.

Porch finish work and siding in progress, (no end gable trim board).

Porch end gable siding installed without 15# bit felt or house wrap base, (no end gable trim board)

Rear concrete pads in progress garage and patio doors, (no mechanical tie to house foundation wall, soil may not be fully compacted)
