Low 90's F during day, high 60's overnight. Rain on Monday, forecast dry and 90's for the week.

Lot 1 through 7

Masonry party wall complete 7-6, 6-5, 5-4 and 4-3 scaffold set.

Lot 20 through 26

Rough mechanicals in progress.

Framing punch list items, also discussed with Tom Heisner L&I;

- Install exterior strap ties 1st to 2nd floor wall panels at each 3rd stud
- Install exterior strap ties 2nd floor wall panel to front gable and end gable over garage, at each 3rd stud.
- Fully nail, shim and block, wall panel to wall panel throughout, including at outside corners and garage wall to house wall.
- Install jack studs at living room/kitchen opening header.
- Install triple stud at triple joist bearing on frame walls.
- Install top hung hangers at all mutiple joist locations including triple to ledger and at stairwell, solid block as previously noted where single joist is close to triple joist and use an oversize top hung hanger.
- Through bolt built-up joist beams.
- Epoxy anchor bolt front and rear walls, 1st and 2nd floor and garage walls to masonry wall,
- Epoxy anchor main and garage roof truss to masonry wall
- Check all sill plate to masonry foundation bolts, install all nut and washer tight, install epoxy anchor bolt where anchor bolts missing including within 12" from end of each panel and not less than 48" o.c.
- Garage to house wall is a 1hr rated wall, 5/8" type "X" gwb both sides, the gwb band at ceiling framing in kitchen and laundry was installed as 1/2" gwb. Overlay or replace with 5/8" type "X" and fire tape above ceiling.
- Drywall installation must include 5/8" type "X" at garage to kitchen, laundry, 2nd floor bedroom and 2nd floor bathroom, and on garage side including over the truss adjacent to frame house wall, and 1st truss bay underside of roof sheathing.

-Lot 24; 4" sanitary stack damaged above slab, cut out and replace.

Chester L&I to be call for inspection of exterior strap ties before house wrap installed.
