Forecast low 70's for next 5 days and dry.

54% complete, payment voucher approved and signed (previously signed by Dawson, McGuire and WDC).

DELCORA

Catania Engineering (City Engineer) completed review and issued approval letter to Union Square Homes and DELCORA

Colin Dawson delivered sewer connection permit application to DELCORA.

After this meeting Colin Dawson discussed with Chris Hilditch of DELCORA; "project planning module" for final PADEP approval will be prepared by DELCORA Thursday 9-18-2008. When complete Colin Dawson will pick-up from DELCORA and circulate for sign-off to Chester City Planning, Delaware County Planning then PADEP in Norristown.

PECO

PECO advised Dan Thomer that if electric service main is not commenced by October 5, 2008, PECO may reschedule and the possibility exists for electric installation to be delayed until the spring.

HC Accessible Units

Lisa Gaffney requested identification of the required 2 HC accessible units; Colin Dawson advised that all the units are HC adaptable with blocking installed in the 1st floor bathroom for grab bar installation. Harold Thomas advised that prospective HC buyers have been identified for lots 14 and 26, upon completion of the agreement of sale; WDC and Colin Dawson will meet with the prospective buyers and arrange for adaptation to the kitchen and 1st floor bathroom to accommodate the buyers specific needs.

Homeowner move-in;

Colin Dawson advised that prospective homeowner should be made aware that the project will be an active construction site until all units have been complete, rear yard access for construction activity will delay installation of rear yard fences.
