Update from WDC 1-31-2009;
"40 % of the basin on the east side, working from the center toward Yarnell St., was excavated to subgrade prior to Ambric's test of the base on Monday afternoon. Dennis was on site at the time of Ambric's inspection. The base was compacted per Joe Mulvihill's instructions and he advised us not to do further compaction. Stone base was placed in the prepared section of the basin. The base was protected with sheeting at the end of the day. The remaining 60 % of the basin is not yet fully excavated. Further inspections by Ambric will be performed as the work progresses."

Stone screening at equipment site entry missing, mud on Yarnall Street and Jeffery Street. Chester Police requested contractor clean between site and 2nd Street.
