Sewer installation crew reports; 45 deg offsets installed to bypass existing non-recorded conduit at manhole in Jeffery and 4th.
DELCORA on site when work was installed.
Excavator cut test hole at 4th and Union infiltration basin, approx 18" frozen soil, temperatures forecast below freezing overnight next 5 days.
