WDC and Union Square Homes reports;
Revised site engineering drawings including grade changes at lots 14 through 19 has been submitted to City Engineer for review.

On Site Discussion with Verizon;
Verizon to investigate new pole at Union and West side of Jeffery, relocate pole at Union and East side of Jeffery for Vios service.
1-23-09 update; Ambric to locate Verizion pole adjacent to lot 8 to clear proposed stormwater overflow, existing PECO/AMTRAK conduit and installed PECO gas main.
Manhole at 4th and Jeffery;
Excavated to expose 45 deg down sweep to clear conduit. Conduit is for PECO/AMTRAK power cable and Verizon. The conduit was not recorded or marked by one-call. STS for one-call this day detected location of conduit approximately 3 feet east of west side of Jeffery curb, from 4th and Jeffery to Union and Jeffery, then to manhole at Union and Jeffery, then across Jeffery to west on Union.
A revision to manhole and sewer at 4th and Jeffery will be required.
PECO new gas main at Union and Jeffery was installed over the PECO/AMTRAK conduit (not marked by one-call at that time)
1-23-09 update; Ambric to further investigate, expose and document installed sewer and review options.
