DELCORA signed-off "project planning module", planning module submitted to Delaware County Planning Department for review.

PECO
PECO coordinating with Dan Thomer, gas and electric to be installed after sewer, Verizon coordinating with PECO.

CWA
Chester Water Authority coordinating with Dan Thomer, water service and meters after sewer installed.

HC Accessible Units
Colin Dawson, James Thomas, Century 21 Alliance and prospective Homeowner for Lot 25 met on site. The homeowner has limitation on upper body reach; homeowner requested grab bars in 1st floor bathroom, but no changes to the kitchen.

Next project meeting 2nd, or 3rd Wednesday of November, to be confirmed.
